Luis Alberto Salgado is responsible for preparing application packages for immigration benefits (immigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, etc.)
Mr. Salgado is the lead paralegal in preparing our Special Immigrant and Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases to be filed in state court and obtaining findings that allow juveniles to become legal permanent residents.
Prior to joining our team in May 2014, Luis was attending George Mason University while working part-time. Upon obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Law, and Society, Luis decided to pursue a career in the immigration law field.
He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
